I have a bunch of questions. You're probably gonna laugh at me for not knowing about these things. First, what's a "tech", and what does T1/T2 stand for? What's the Metagame? Last, how will the transition to DP cards work like. Will they clear out all the EX Series cards, or will they keep an EX set or two?

A tech is a card that isn't part of your main strategy, but usually helps you against bad matchups vs. another deck. For example, many decks tech in 1 or 2 Crystal Shard to take down the powerful, weak-to-Colorless dragons like Salamence and Salamence ex.

T1/T2 means turn one, turn two, repsectively. T# means "turn #". A phrase like "T2 100" would mean doing 100 damage by turn 2.

The metagame is something like what decks are currently popular and used at the moment. It can also be used as a verb; metagaming is tweaking your deck based on the decks that are popular in your area. It has its risks, however; if you guess wrong, you'll probably be screwed.

We don't know how they will handle things when D/P cards come out. Only thing we can do is wait and see.

Since PMJ cleared up most of the questions, I'm just going to answer the last one.

We really don't know what'll be in D/P. But I'm fairly certain that there will not be any EX after D/P is released. I believe that Lv. X will either take the place of the EX OR they will be the new Shinings, and we just will not have an EX replacement except for high-level Pokemon.

Arcanine out.

I've been seeing a lot of posts talking about some deck called "Destiny" (from my other post, Killer Decks). Anyone have any idea about what it is?

A Disruptive Deck that Mostly uses Skarmory Ex, Stantler, Mew Ex, Licky d and Possible techs like Mawile PK. Then they Iether Snipe or use CC to Disrupt. And Stantler on it's own is Disruptive as...
