So, here is the rumor just thought you guys would like to see it, it could be fake as we know there are no old pokemon in isshu region, but actually this so called region is seperate from isshu judging that it reqiures an airplane to get there so it could be a reall rumor. Here is the rumor.

-After you beat the Isshu leauge, you can go to a region called the Hii region, to get there, you have to take a plane. (like that airport/airbase in the games?) The Hii region is apparently filled with all of the past gen Pokemon and there are several people to battle there as well. ( it’s like the Sevii islands)

UPD1: Why would somebody post this rumor if they knew old pokemon will not be in the games, because they mentioned that old pokemon will appear in the Hii region, so people would know that this rumor would be be fake and there will be no point in having this rumor so could be real. Plus what would that airbase be used for, a plane to take you to the Hii region? The Hii Region may be a seperate small region from isshu thats why old pokemon are there, who knows.

UPD2: Now it has been confirmed that after u beat the Elite Four some old pokemon will appear in white forest. Because after u beat the Pokemon League, changes will be made around isshu.

Here is a picture of the airplane, if you look close at the airplane you can see the male character talking to a possible fight attendent to travel somewhere, possibly the Hii Region.

You already said rumor. There's no reason to say "it could be fake".

Plus, there's already a means to get past gen pokemon and they made it quite clear that no old pokemon would appear.

Then again, who said they had to keep that promise? :p

There won't be. Why? Well, first of all, Isshu is a very big region and is extremely detailed. The Johto games only included Kanto because Johto was (originally) a half-baked job. Secondly, we would have definitely heard if this rumour was true quite a while ago by an official source such as CoroCoro. Finally, what would be the point of the Dream World if you could catch past pokemon in-game?

I'm pretty sure they said no old Pokemon till the end of the game, meaning after the National Dex. It would make sense, after all Ruby and Sapphire were slammed for not having enough obtainable Pokemon. GF wouldn't make that same mistake twice.

I bet there will be a place you go to get old Pokemon. It would be like the Sevii Islands, Fight Area, Survival Area, and Resort Area. Will you be able to get every non Isshu Pokemon? I highly doubt it. That's where the Dream World and Pokeshifter come in to play.

I'm 50/50 about believing this rumor. I believe it is fake because I think it would have already been announced by Corocoro (as someone stated before). But I also sort of believe it because Gamefreak said no old pokemon till after the E4. After the E4, I think you will be able to go to this region and/or you will find past gen pokemon in the wild.

And I am just curious, where did you find this again? :)

Not everybody will have access to the Dream World (me included) since its internet based and from from what I can see the pokemon in the DW will have different abilities to the norm so its kind of a bonus.

I'll be glad if this rumour turns out to be true since I'd rather catch I - IV gen pokemon than send them over and render my V gen games useless like I did my III gen ones.

Also whats the betting that (if its real) the Hii region will be based on Hawaii since its between America and Japan.

I really hope this rumor is the real deal, or we get at least something like this.
The more things to do post E4, the happier I am.

I questioned this too, but then I thought it might be to facilitate people who can't connect to the internet with their games. I think it's more widespread than you'd think.

I'd like to see this being real, or at least being able to go somewhere that's similar to the Sevii islands. Nothing massive (something massive would be too much to expect...but I wouldn't say no :p) but not too small either. With it's own plotline.

Was that Island in Pokemon Diamond/Pearl that you could reach after beating the elite four mentioned before the games release in a magazine? (in the lead up to the games release)

My bad, ToS and Dizzard both make good points (I kind of forgot about that for a second), and also I would like it if there was an extra portion to explore, but somehow I don't think it will happen. :( That's also an interesting theory about the "Hii" region being based on Hawaii, as not only is it between America and Japan, but the names sound similar too! :D I do wish it would happen, but I think they put too much time and effort into the Isshu region, so there wouldn't be any time to make a whole new area in the same game.

Maybe the point of the dream world is so that you can catch the old pokemon there with special abilities and not in this hii region if its true. Plus the dream world is not only for pokemon its for getting berries, because they do not grow in isshu, and finding items and creating your own house.

The Hii region, might not end up being a region at all. Could end up being a small island with maybe a town/city (if that) and a special Safari Zone where old gen pokemon can be caught.

I'm hope it's a bit different though, like a Pokemon Reserve that you can enter freely...so it's not like a game (like safari zone is) but you can still influence what pokemon appear in different areas.

I suppose if they say region they must mean something substantial though...

Might just be a small, 3 town island like Battle Zone.

Like jte said. I want it to be true, but i think thats the only thing keeping me from saying its fake. They would have said something about this before though. Besides, then the dw would only be good for alternate abilities. Think its like the ones about the trio thats supposedly leaked: not very trusting but seems like something people want. Either gf is doing a great job again or we have ourselves a liar.

Well, I wouldn't have high hopes considering the amount of things we wanted in the past but never got. Like Celebi or evos we thought looked good. -_-. That or a lack of an evil team.

True, though i think the evil team could be great if they were like already in power or something. I think this rumor is fake, just seems unlikely.

To be fair, there's a very good possibility that we will have some new area to explore after we beat the elite four. If they did it for Sinnoh I don't see why they wouldn't want to do something similar again...and perhaps even more grand than before. So I wouldn't worry too much about that.

The big question is whether it'll be an area maybe slightly bigger or the same size as that battle island from Sinnoh (or the sevii islands from Fire Red/Leaf Green) or if it'll be a full blown region with many towns/cities (maybe even gyms)

Let's HOPE it'll be more than just that, with at least a couple cities C_C
I'll cry in a corner if it turns out the only way to get Pokemon pre- Gen V is a Safari Zone >.<
