OK, I want to ask a question... A pokemon, like Blaziken (PK) have a poke power that can attach energy from the discard pile... If I have 3 Blaziken, may I attach 3 energies from discard pile during my turn?(1 turn). Thx!

Yes. That's actually what some people focus their deck around to power up their Pokemon.
UNless said power states "you can't use more than 1 X power every turn", it is reusable by another.

I always have little misunderstandings with cards. Try reading it slowly then read it over and over until you understand it. ( If that still doesn't work then ask.)
Pidgeot FRLG read " you can't use more than one quick search power every turn" so as Blaziken doesn't say that you can have up to 4 Blazikens using fire-starter each turn.

That card can be confusing at first but that is what that means.
