Standard A Potential Meta Surprise? (Vikavolt GX)

Sooo I was looking at cheap GX's in the SUM block on TCGPlayer, and I was looking through Guardians Rising, and I found Vikavolt GX, which at first glance was kinda not good at first glance, (Charge Beam was meh) I saw its second attack, 1 electric three colorless, 180 damage, discard 2 energy. I thought to myself, "HA, that's sooo trash." Then i thought to myself, "Actually this could be really good." Here's the list I've come upon liking-

4x Grubbin
2x Charjabug
2x Vikavolt (Strong Charge)
3x Vikavolt GX
1x Tapu Koko GX
2x Tapu Koko (Flying Flip)

Sooo, That's a half baked list for the Pokemon, trainers I really hadn't come to think about, nor decide on what they were gonna be. Now this second version, would be kinda clunky, but powerful when set up

4x Grubbin
2x Charjabug
3x Vikavolt GX
3x Magnemite
2x Magneton
2x Magnezone (BKT)
1x Tapu Koko GX
2x Tapu Koko (Flying Flip)

I know the second list is clunkier but I was thinking of the best possible ideas for a deck like this, any advice on this? I think Vikavolt GX, has a lottt of unseen potential.

Thanks in advance- AFEX

Why are you revealing my rogue decks to the public?! Lol. Anyway, using Baby Vikavolt is better, since you get to charge every turn, and get access to a semi-decent 1 prize attacker.

Well, as you play two evolutions of Charjabug, it isn't really hard to pull off a double stage two deck. The idea is feasible. However, when testing, make sure you get just the right combo of Electric to Grass energies. I would also play DCE, as just discarding a DCE is enough to settle the effects of the second attack. You also need Rare Candy like it's your life. Besides that, it's a really solid deck. However, if you play the first list, (my suggestion) take out Tapu Koko GX.
Handy note:
Dark Integral Gaming has a video on the exact combination you speak of. Check it out.

I just saw it, at least i'm not the only one who thinks the combo is good, :).
