One day, I was having a match with my cousin, and he said that when attacking with Monferno, his attack that does 20x, actually does 50x to a Pokemon with +30 weakness. I said he was wrong. Who is right?

He is wrong. It does +30 to the final damage...

For example, if you flipped 2 coins out of 3 heads, then you would do 40+30. Not 100. Lol.

Your wording is wierd, but I think I understand what you're trying to ask.

First of all, you need to flip the coins for Fury Swipes' attack. If he fails to flip any heads at all, the attack does 0 damage, whether there was weakness or not, because there is no "damage" to add to. Then weakness is calculated after any damage would be dealt.

So, if he flipped one heads, you would take 20 + 30, which would = 50.
Two heads, 40 + 30 = 70
Three Heads, 60 + 30 = 90

The only exception to these new weak rules are old cards which are still effected by double weak.
