is it allowed to put old cards like gengar from base set along with magnton from fire red & green leaf?
plz answer me i need to know

2. If your playing for fun, sure, tournaments no!
 
YES! If you are playing in tournaments, nope. If you use a Gengar from Base Set with Magneton FRLG, you are playing in an UNLIMITED format.
