Ruling A quick Lv.X question

Any LVX card cannot be gotten that way because they don't evolve and they are level up cards. LVX cards are stronger versions of a certain Pokemon unlike EX cards. They evolve into a stronger form of a Pokemon not just a level up card like the LVX cards do.:)
 
He's a Pokémon card, and thus able to be searched for by Celio's, as it can search for "Pokémon card" rather than "Basic/Evoution card".
 
That means that Celios Network cannot be used in this situation because it is not a basic card or evolution card.:)

Celios CAN get a Lvl.X..Dont belive me? GO look on the Compendium. I'd do it for you, but I cant get on Pokegym(banned). THey errated it so that it could. They changed it to say"Search for any Pokemon card(Exluding Pokemon-ex)"

PETM CANNOT get Lv.X because it says "Search for an EVOLUTION."

SO YES, Celios can. NO, PETM Cannot.

A. Yes, you can. Earlier card references of "Basic Pokémon or Evolution card" refers to Pokémon in general, which includes Pokémon LV.X. (May 10, 2007 PUI Rules Team)
