Ok so I know the Zekeels isn't the best deck in the game. However, this is my FIRST year at starting competitive play, and been intrigued for several years and watched how the game works, so I have a fairly good idea. Here is my deck list:

Pokemon:
3-2 eeleltrik (2x free retreat, 1x DeX card)
2x Zekrom EX
2-2-2 chandelure NV line
2-1 Cofagrigus NV (bad I know, I should switch)
2-1 Zebstrika NxD (free retreat)
2x Zekrom
2x sigilyph DRX

Total: 23

TSS:
1x skyarrow bridge
3x level ball
2x heavy ball
1x N
2x Cheren
1x Bianca
1x Max potion
1x Catcher
1x Super Rod
1x juniper
3x eviolite

Total: 17

Energy:
4x DCE
4x Prism
12x electric

So my strategy (though with not enough trainers), is to set up eels and Zekrom EX, and power him up while I annoy my apponent with hopefully yamask, though he will get 0 energy for a sheild. However starting with Zekrom works too. I wanted to keep a shield while powering up Zekrom EX. I'll bring him out using heavy ball, eels with level ball, sigilyph for protection against mewtwo, and other ex's. Cofagrigus would use damagriiigus to heal my pokemon, but he's easily sniped. Chandelure's cursed shadow ability gives me 3 damage counters a turn to work on my opponents, great for finishing off or getting ready for Zekrom to smash. With a DCE and 2 lightning energy, Zekrom hits for 150, retreats for a DCE, and awaits powering up by eels.

However I want to work raikou ex, mewtwo ex, and registeel ex into my deck and mine just isn't solid enough, so I'd appreciate any help. :3

Well, if you want my honest opinion, this deck needs some serious work. I'm normally extremely against posting lists to help others, but this is just a small skeleton list of something that you should probably work towards. I'll break it down slowly:

4-3 Eelektrik
2 Zekrom
2 Mewtwo EX
1 Raikou EX
1 Registeel EX
1 Zekrom EX

This attacker lineup is much more streamlined and straightforward than your attackers that you posted. If you want to focus on running Eels, you're going to want to have a smooth field and that means basically no clunkiness with additional Stage 2s and other Stage 1 lines that are unnecessary.

4x Professor Juniper
4x N
3x Bianca
2x Cheren

4x Pokemon Catcher
3x Switch
3x Level Ball
3x Ultra Ball
3x Eviolite
2x Max Potion
1x Skyarrow Bridge
1x Super Rod

Basically all this is is beefing up the counts of all the Trainers and Supporters. You're going to want multiples of a lot of these cards because they can ensure that you setup and don't draw dead all game (be wary that you can still dead draw even with 13 Supporters so don't think that the counts are fine until you start playing with it). One of the essential rules of deckbuilding for competitive events is to learn that the more copies of a card in the deck, the more likelihood that they will be in my hand and the better chance I have to win. Cards like Pokemon Catcher are maxed to 4 for this reason. Ultra Ball is also absolutely essential in any deck with Eelektrik because it allows you to discard Lightning Energy as well as abuse Bianca better. Switch is also one of the most important cards in this deck because most of the attackers have high Retreat Costs and you will be finding Eels will be brought up constantly over the course of games from opponent's Catchers. It also allows you to abuse Raikou EX a ton.

4x DCE
8x Lightning

This is the optimal number of Energy in this deck. You can certainly play more Lightning if you find the counts are too low, but honestly with Eelektrik in the deck, playing 20 Energy is just simply unnecessary space for the Trainers that are so necessary to this deck.

Again, this is only just a sample list (Five open spots!) and is most likely not what you can build right away, but I would suggest going towards this direction with the deck if you want to try to be successful in the games you play with it. I hope I helped and didn't come off as too rude! :)

dmaster out.
