Ruling a tie ?

I have 2 questions (for a tournament)

1I a tyranitar ex d ( is an example of any pokemon ) do a ko to a gengar lm ut tyranitar ex only have 3 countes and is a KO to tyranitar.but the person who has tyranitar only have 1 prize left but the person take tht last price .and the other one do the same .who wins,lose or tie?

2 I a tyranitar ex d ( is an example of any pokemon ) do a ko to woobufet but woobufet do a shadow tag only have 3 countes and is a KO to tyranitar.but the person who has tyranitar only have 1 prize left but the person take tht last price .and the other one do the same .who wins,lose or tie?

1. Is a tie, & the game went into Sudden Death...

2. Tyranitar ex d win as shadow tag take effect after the player's turn. Prize taking still consider as Tyranitar ex d's turn...
