A Way for Newbies to Read the Rules

Sorry, but with the news rush, there have been a lot of new members who have been making a lot of threads, most of which who have already been made or are covered in another thread. Is there a way to have them read the rules at registration? Not have it as a choice, but to actually redirect them to the rules? I know the rules are stickied and in dmaster's signature (Or maybe just the Newbie Guide is), but it doesn't seem to work, since the threads are still being made. Is there anyway to do that?

Can be done, but who's to say they read it? We can force them to view it at best. But even then they could just wait out the time it takes or scroll to the bottom and then click away from it without reading one word. At best it's a force read, no way to force a person to read it without cranking their eyes open physically putting them towards the screen and then making them read it aloud. But even then they would probably not read them to serious...I would be scared and want to know how the heck they got into my house and worse yet found out where I live. XD

You can't always stop stupidity. If the member isn't smart enough to read the rules before they post, then they deserve the warning they'll likely receive.

Lol it's their warning then, but still, they should at least take a look at them, even if its only a minute or two.

Someone took down my announcement in every Forum. I'm bringing it back unless some Mod comes up with a valid reason right here and now in this thread. This helped before.

Edit: It might have expired, but I thought I set the date far so it wouldn't do that. Now it should never end (at least in our lifetime lol).
