Ruling about blaistoise ex & pokemon star

1.For example, i attachd 3 water energies to 1 of my Pokémon using blastoise ex. Does that Pokémon get 3 damage or only 1 damage counter?
2.Hw many Pokémon stars are allowed in a dek? Can i have a latias *,rayquaza * & latios * in my deck?

1. 3 damage. Note Blastoise ex is not allowed in modified play.

2. One * pokemon per deck.

2. You can put 1 Pokemon Star with the same name in a Deck. BUT... you may put another Pokemon star with another name in.

Example: You may put these in:

Pokemon Line:

Latias*4
Latios*4
Latias*
Latios*
Charizard*
Mew*
Flareon*
Vaporeon*

Or something like that...

You can only use ONE, and ONE only, of Pokemon*.

This is allowed:

4 Latias
4 Latias Ex
1 Latias *

If you have one pokemon with * next to its name in your deck, you CANNOT use ANY other pokemon with * in its name.
