i've just made this deck and it works but i think it could be improved

Pokemon: 25
4-4 accelgor (theme deck)
3-2 sunflora (hgss)
3-2-2 leavanny (leaf tailor)
2-2 mincinno (do the wave)
1 heracross (hgss)

Trainers: 23
4 cheren
4 pokemon communication
4 great ball
4 potion
2 N
2 bianca
2 super rod
1 copycat

12 Grass energy

Strategy: use great balls/sunfloras/poke communication to get out accelgor(s) accelgor attacks then retreats for another accelgor so they can keep doing 60 per turn. heracross for draw power, leavanny to cover fire weakness. mincinno as backup attackers. super rod to get accelgors back into the deck for sunflora to retrieve.

only problem is accelgors hp is only 90 so it gets killed off too quickly.

I don't think that accelgor is a great attacker IMO. All the other decks can OHKO it and can withstand up to 3 hits by accelgor. The problem with sun flora and leavanny is that they are easily catcher able. Maybe vileplume will help. Bianca and cheren aren't that great drawing supporters either IMO. Great ball isn't that great either since you already have communication. Try adding better drawing power.I don't think that leavanny is really needed at all IMO. I wouldn't use potion either since it only heals 30. Try junk arm and catcher too.

I can see your strategy, and I'm loving it. There's quite a few things that I would reccomend though. The first thing would be to take out the leavanny line all together. Reshiphlosion has lost loads of popularity because of Zekrom/Eels and MTC, so the fire weakness isn't really bad. Using the line of Leavanny that we'll take out, I'll add some Mew Prime in this deck, a Mewtwo, and another Cinccino into this deck. The reason I'd add a Mew Prime is because it can also abuse Accelgor's attack by only having ONE in the lost zone! Not just that, but it also counters Mewtwo (Especially by changing the Cinccino line to a 2-3 line, so you can have 2 in play, and one in the lost Zone)! The reason we'd add another Mewtwo, is because while you're continuously using Slashing Strike with Accelgor and Mew Prime, you'll be able to power it up quicker than ever! I'd also suggest adding some Celebi Primes, so you can start setting up really fast turn one, and some Skyarrow Bridges so that you can retreat the Mew Primes and Celebis as part of your strategy.

Also, Potion is not needed one bit. 30 damage is very little, and you would be better off using your Super Rods to put your KO'd Pokemon back in your deck and Twins so you can quickly search them out.

You shouldn't play Bianca. It's a terrible, terrible card. Why play it when you can play a card like PONT to get you a great, fully refreshed hand? Also to go with this, you really don't need to run more than 2 Cheren. I'd suggest taking out 2 Cherens and 2 Biancas to add 4 Pokemon Collectors in your deck, which would guarentee a perfect start. Because of Pokemon Collector, you also won't need Great Ball one bit.

From the above suggestions, here are the changes that I would make:

-2 Bianca (Not needed, play more hand refreshers instead)
-2 Cheren (You only need 4, try to add stuff for Mew Prime instead
-3-2-2 Leavanny (Not needed because of Decline in TyRam's popularity)
-3-2 Sunflora (Pokemon Communication can get out the Pokemon that you need better)
-4 Grass Energy (For 4 Rainbow Energies for Mew Prime. These can also be used with Accelgor.)
-4 Potion (Not needed one bit)

+4 Mew Prime (Can abuse Accelgor, plus it can counter Mewtwo and anything else)
+4 Rainbow Energies (For Mew Prime- also can be used with Accelgor)
+4 Pokemon Collector (To guarentee a perfect start - also is a staple in every deck)
+2-2 Cinccino (Great Card, plus can be abused by Mew Prime)
+3 Skyarrow Bridge (For Mew and Celebi Prime)
+2 Celebi Prime (For a quick set up)
+1 Mewtwo-EX (To quickly set up)
+2 Professor Oak's New Theory (Consistency + Great Hand Refreshment)

Going off the above suggestions. Celebi Prime is not needed. Your attacks cost one energy. If you're going to run Mew, Mewtwo is not needed, especially when you run no DCE. Mew Prime isn't even worth it unless you have enough energy to guarantee a T1 See Off, and 4 Rainbows isn't enough. No catcher? If Skyarrow Bridge is just for Celebi, three isn't needed, although we're dropping Celebi. Sunflora is amazing in this deck, I don't know why you would even consider dropping it. This deck would probably be better as a disruption deck.

Disruption:
4-4 Accelgor
2-2 or 1-1 Sunflora
1 Cleffa
2-2 Minccino (Add some DCE)
1 Mewtwo EX

4 Collector
3 Level Ball
4 Catcher
2-3 Crushing Hammer
2-3 Lost Remover
4 Junk Arm
2 Super Rod
3 PONT
4 Juniper
2 N

8 Grass
2-3 DCE

I'd actually consider Yanmega Prime as a better alternative attacker. Hope I helped!
