I've been wanting to get a couple cards graded that look like they could be at least PSA 9's but I'm on the fence and have never done it before. I just got this fan club Porygon card and since it's pretty valuable I wanted to get it graded, however the top of it is pretty rough (pics below). What do you guys think? Is it worth sending in anyways? I'd almost rather just have it in my binder than a PSA 6< but I know for the more valuable cards it's wise to grade even the poor ones.
