in this case my aegislash was with 5 damage counters and the other guy tried to attack with creep show with a double colorless energy attached what happen with the mighty shield ability of aegislash.

Mighty Shield only prevents damage. As Gengar's attack, Creepshow, doesn't do damage, but instead just Knocks Out your opponent's Active Pokémon, Mighty Shield won't block Creep Show.
