I feel your pokemon line is not the most consistent. You may consider using dual types from Steam Siege like Galvanntula, Bisharp and Volcanion EX; do not use so many energy: about 10 is enough already.You should focus more on Xerneas' attack instead of any other( such as Jolteon EX). I hope I helped!
 
It's interesting, let us know how it performs for you. Potentially eliminates the main problem for most Rainbow Road decks - finding a consistently good attacker not named Xerneas.
