Notes:

I'm terrified of three matchups, Mega Ray, Decidueye/Plume, and Vespiquen. Although the last one doesn't see much play, the others do, and I really want to play 2 enhanced hammers to help make them dig deeper. I just also know that that isn't the direction I took with this deck, I took a very self-focused non-reactionary approach. Dunno.

I play the sudowoodo solely for ray, as I just don't want to take out a seas for a city.

Other than that, I'm not sure what to do with this build. I don't know, but I want that fourth elixir, and I'd like another t-mail. Another water energy also comes to mind as something I'm considering.

Thanks for reading, and I'm highly interested in any thoughts or suggestions.

Dude, you have nine 1-ofs. With what you have, you might as well just run an aggressive quad Lapras build. I like the Sudowoodo addition, but I don't think it'll be super useful either, as Lysandre is still in the format. I'd take out a Regice fir a Glaceon, it does sound weird yes, but with all these evolutions running around, it's help you a lot, at least a lot more than a 1-of-easily-killed regice will. I'd replace the Resuce Stretcher with a Super Rod, Regice with another Glaceon-EX, and I think that's it. Hope I helped! :D

You might enjoy some of the discussion on my variant of this deck found here :)

To be honest, my approach to this deck would be to build it like expanded Turbo Dark, and yes, add 2 Enhanced Hammers. I would personally not play Rescue Stretcher OR Super Rod, since Aqua Patch keeps your Energy on the field. I would also play the second Shaymin and the fourth Elixir, since those are vital to speed decks.
