Aggron Tank [Aggron, Spiritomb and Skarmory]

Hello guys :)

Here I come with a new deck idea. Since Zyps is my actual competitive deck, I'm trying to find another competitive deck for share to new players or people who forgot their decks IRL. Anyway, here it is the decklist:

Pokémon:
4-4-4 Aggron TM (with TM Aron and UD Lairon)
3 Spiritomb TM
3 Skarmory UD/CL
Total: 18

Items/Supporters/Stadiums:
4 Professor Oak's New Theory
4 Rare Candy
4 Professor Elm's Training Method
4 Pokémon Communication
4 Pokémon Collector
3 Junk Arm
Total: 23

Energies:
8 {M}
5 {P}
4 {M} Special
2 {C}{C}
Total: 19

Strategy:
Simple: Build Aggron ASAP. In the deck you have two ways to build Aggrons:

- Pasive build: Use Skarmory to Steel Coat and attach energies to the Aggrons. Then, retreat Skarmory (or wait to get KO'd) and bring the tank. With this build, the idea is to build a deffensive Aggron: attach the four special metal energies to one of the Aggrons and then do Guard Claw for 60 damage and reduce 60 from enemy attacks.

- Offensive build: Use Spiritomb to disrupt with Spooky Wirpool and for spread damage with Color Tag. With this, OHKO would be more easy since Aggron's Second Strike do 80 damage if the defending pokémon has already damage counters (so this Aggron would be more offensive, without concentrating to much in the 4 special metal or using Guard Claw).

So here is the idea. A quick note: The reason why I have 4 rare candies in the decklist is because I want to get sure that I can build an Aggron in 2 or 3 turns.

Also, here are the cards that I want to add:
2-2 Zoroark B/W (because this deck can be easily OHKO'd by Reshiboars)
Energy Retrieval or Fisherman (I dunno if this one is very useful...)

Any critic/suggestion will be appreciated!
