If you use Swift to a Pokemons that use agility that turn and got head, will it still be damage.(e.g. Dragonite d use agililty and get head and it been attack by Flygon d)
 
yes, the pokemon will the agility attack will get damage from your pokemon as the swift effect says "this attack isn't affected by weakness, resistance, poke-powers. poke-bodies or any other effects on the defending pokemon"...
