im pretty surprised that there not alakazam line being released in the ENTIRE ex series! (no normal nor ex version)

whats the problem anyway?

Yes. This was what happened:

In November of 2000 it was reported that Uri Geller, an Israeli psychic-magician who claims to bend spoons with his mind, sued Nintendo over the Pokémon "Yungerā" (ユンゲラー or "Yungeller"; "Kadabra" is the English name of this Pokémon) which he claimed was an unauthorized appropriation of his identity. [1] [2] The Pokémon in question has psychic abilities and carries bent spoons. He also claimed that the star on Kadabra's forehead, and the lightning patterns on its abdomen, are symbolisms popular with the Waffen SS of Nazi Germany, and was outraged at the connotations that Nintendo has supposedly made. Although the symbols are derived from Zener cards, the name is a pun; the katakana letter 'n' (ン) looks quite like the letter 'ri' (リ) (the translation of Mr. Geller's name into Katakana would be 「ユリゲラー」 or "Yurigerā"). Geller sued for the equivalent of US$100M, but lost.

lol I wonder how Uri found this out anyway?

This guy is a washed up celebrity. I shall explain the life cycle of one.

Appears on one of those reality TV shows where people eat giant maggots and god knows what for the sheer entertainment of the public. Then he gets paid, slightly more famous, 50% of the time releases a rubbish over-exagerated auto-biogrophy, and eventually wrecks it all by saying something controversial. He then sulks in the shadows again and maybe appears on a TV commercial selling car insurance.
