Hey Pokebeach! Just another one of my HGSS On Deck Shenanigans coming at you.

The strategy of the deck is to use Beartic's attack "Sheer Cold" to halt the Defending Pokemon's attacks and hit 50 damage while at it for a Water and two Colorless Energies. While doing this, Vileplume is used to stop the opponent from using various trainers, such as Super Scoop Up or Switch and force your opponent to retreat with its Poke-Body "Allergy Flower".

So heres the list!

Pokemon-

4 Chubchoo
4 Beartic
2 Oddish
2 Gloom
2 Vileplume
2 Cleffa

T/S/S-

3 Pokemon Collector
3 Pokemon Communication
3 Rare Candy
3 Professor Oak's New Theory
2 Professor Juniper
3 Professor Elm's Training Method
3 Judge

Energy-
10 Water
4 Double Colorless Energy
2 Rescue

Thank you for reading this. I am aware there are a few open spots and to be honest, I am completely oblivious on what to fill it up with. And I will not accept the Floatzel engine, it just isnt effective.

There's a problem with this:if you have something that prevents trainers from being used, why did you put trainers in the deck in the first place?

No back-up attacker? I would tech in Bouffalant BW and/or Cincinno BW, since they both abuse DCE, and Cincinno can work in any deck that has DCE. I might add 2-2 Cincinno for back-up and 1 Bouffalant BW as a tech against RDL.

I'd drop 1 Rare Candy and all 3 Communication. If you're going to go energy heavy, I suggest adding Engineer's Adjustments. If you're using 4 DCE, you might want to opt for a 2-2 Zoroark.

I would

-1 Water
-1 Communication
+2 Cleffa

if your running cleffa it should always be at 4, because you want to start with it. If you gave 2 you aren't going to start with it nearly as many times as with 4. Also a beter name for the deck is Allergic(because of beartIC and ALLERGey pollen) I just think Allergic sound better

I've gotta try this one, catcher sorta renders my Wailord/Serperior/Reuniclus deck useless. Will be fun to annoy other players with this.
