Im just curious if altar of the moone could help increase alolan golems heavy slam attack.

Altar decresses retreat costs for dark and psy types and heavy slam does 200- 30 for each energy in the defending pokemons retreat cost

Altar of the Moone reduces Retreat Cost, so if your opponent's Active Pokemon has a Retreat Cost, it would indeed increase the damage. Do note that AotM doesn't decrease the Retreat Cost of Dark and Psychic types, it decreases the Retreat Cost of Pokemon that have Dark and/or Psychic-type energy attached.
