Let me know what you think :)

Hi GekkisaiDaiNi,

Nice deck. Four Nihilego GX seem to be a little excessive since there is a risk to start with it. Three should be fine. Also not sure on Seviper since the deck will need the bench slots for Nihilego GX and Alolan Muk GX. Since the deck relies a lot on abilities consider a third Field Blower. I would also recommend an additional attacker to handle safe guard abilities. Made a similar deck that you might want to check out to compare our ideas. Hope this provides some initial assistance.

Hi GekkisaiDaiNi,

Very nice deck concept overall, but like Dark Espeon I am not sure how useful using snakes will actually be you need bench space, especially with 4 Lele and 4 Nihilego in the mix. Personally, for me you run 4 snakes or none at all because for me that is the only way to incorporate added Poison damage effectively enough into your strategy.

The only other change I would make would be to add Puzzle of Time. This card is superb in decks that rely on 'scoop up' effects such as Acerola and Super Scoop Up. It also negates the need for Special Charge.

Seviper is basically just a tech to hit the magic 210. I agree that bench space would be tight, but I think space could be made for a Seviper or two. I'll test with and without it. A third field blower would be nice, but unnecessary IMO as Garb should see a bit less play next rotation. A non GX attacker could be useful. Maybe the new BUS Darkrai? Puzzle is great when it works, but for consistency reasons I don't like it that much. I'll try it though.

Thanks for the suggestions :)

I would not count Garbodor out at all. Most consistent post-rotation decks I see at the moment still run at least 15 items on usual. This means we have a decrease of one to two items on usual. Several evolution decks even still run up to 18 item cards due to the lack of a specific stadium that benefits the deck without biting it back. Post-rotation Garbodor is still alive. Now factor in the influx of abilities and the lack of Hex Maniac as an easy tech to deal with them. This makes Garbotoxin Garbodor quite appealing.

As a non-GX attacker Yveltal from XY is still available and the new one from SM3+ looks decent as a tech to handle Safe Guard Pokémon.

He was talking about Garbotoxin.

Due to VS Seeker rotating and an influx of Gardevoir GX decks (And Metagross GX decks to counter Gardevoir), Garb tanks in viability next rotation. Not saying it won't be played at all, but it won't be the Holy Grail of the format anymore. Yveltal is not that great IMO as the Safeguard Pokémon do more damage than Oblivion Wing does. Maybe Alolan Raticate from Burning Shadows?
