My friend got an altaria Ex in a pack recently, and it is not centered correctly. What I mean is that there is about 1 cm of foil at the bottom of the card, and 4 cm (I think) at the top of the card. Usually Exs are equally centered between the top and the bottom and with just a bit more foil on the bottom than the top. Does this mean that his altaria Ex is worth more? If I'm able to, I can scan it and upload the picture.

He means one side of the card has less bored and the other has more...
Scan it so we can see what you're talking about. It's always a possibility they just misprinted the card and it has an error in it.
