Hey I was looking at dragon blade/blast scans and i like the new rayquaza so i decided to make a deck with it
Pokemon (12)
4-4 Altaria
4- Rayquaza normal
T/S/S (37)
4-N
4-Juniper
3-Random Receiver
4-Max Potion
4-Catcher
1-Super Rod
4-First Ticket
2-Recycle
4-Crushing Hammer
2-Enhanced Hammer
3-Ultra Ball
Energy (11)
7-Lightning
4-Fire
Strategy is to hit very hard with dragon pulse for a lightning and to hit {DRG}pokemon for weakness.
feel free to comment :D

lol I dont know rayquaza can donk and I run super Rod so I can get back the stuff I discarded

yeah you run 1 super rod, which you're most likely gonna end up discarding because you mill yourself while you attempt to take prizes.
lol good point but theres a new supporter that lets u get back items

I'd drop the Hammer line for more consistency cards. You want this deck to stream fast and consistently every single game. Hammers aren't any good without recursion anyway, and you don't use Sableye. Plus, Recycle? So that's 6-8 spots clear.

Why isn't Level Ball anywhere? Level Ball is an amazing card for getting Altarias into play, and you do not want to end up using Ultra Ball for a Swablu. Random Receiver can be maxed for more consistency, considering you're going to end up dumping/discarding some of them anyway. That's 5 cards added.

For the last 1-3 spots, I'd say some Cherens or Biancas would fill this out nicely.

Remember, you want to set up fast and consistently. You're not going to lucksack into an established board every game, you need to set up and you need to do it before your opponent sets up and starts OHKOing your Rayquazas instead of the other way around.
