Ruling Amnesia

Yet another situation as occured . K Bibibarel (SF) uses Amnesia on one of my murkrow's(MT) and ive been using my honchkrows(MT) pokebody that lets my murkrow use his attack dark wing flaps. So can the bibarel amnesia the dark wing flaps attack or no since its honckrows attack even though my murkrow are allowed to us it???

Amnesia can only block Murkrow's attack(s), so you still can use Dark Wing Flaps.
