Ruling Amoongus, Shiftry and Ninetails

Hi, sorry to ask this thing about the ability power of these pokemon. A friend of mine says that after you play any of these pokemon every time you evolve any other pokemon you apply again the effect of shiftry, amoongus or ninetails. Is it correct?

In the case of Shiftry, Amoonguss, or Ninetales, you can only use their Abilities the instant you evolve that Pokemon, and only then. If you don't use it that very instant, you miss your chance. They're informally called "drop powers", since you can only use the power when you "drop" the card down into play.

I assume you mean the Ninetails from dragon blast, we can't give an answer on it until there's an official english version to go by.

As for the Other two though, they say when you play this pokemon from your hand...

So it is only when the pokemon evolves.

Also please post cards scans in the future.
