Hi i have a quick question... if i have more that one Ampharos Prime in the bench and the opponent attaches an energy card to his pokemon, that pokemon takes 10 of damage for each Ampharos?

Yes, Ampharos' Conductivity Poké-Body is stackable. If you have two or more in play, each Poké-Body will apply damage counters.
