Ruling Ampharos SW Question???

If i have Ampharos SW out and i have a Holons Casform attached to it and a electric energy and i want to do the damage to the bench, do i have to discard the holons castform along with the electric energy or can i say its a different type of energy and not have to discard it?

holons castform, DRE, anything that provides any energy provides every energy at the smae time so yes you would have to discard.

Yes because it counts as all types of energy at all times, so you'd have to discard it as well. Same with Double Rainbow Energy.
