I just recently made this deck and I need some help

My stradegy is to get out raichu prime and x out as fast as possiable tHhhe rampage all the pokemon. Then have parchirisu give raichu back up energy. Also have fearaligator ampharoas gyarados as back up at attackers.

Also you should tell us your strategy and what the deck does, who's your main attacker and what is the purpose of the other pokemon....

I suggest you focus on raichu X, if so you should focus on making a deck revolving around raichu and get rid of the amphoraos, gyarados and feraligator. Then make your raichu line better a 4-3-1 or 3-3-1

4 Pikachu, 3 Raichu (1 HGSS 2 Primes) and 1 Raichu X. thats all i can suggest because i do not know too much about a raichu x deck except the fact that it needs quite a bit of energy and that you use 2 attacks. lol
