I really have a hard time finding a site online where I can manage my collection of cards. I am looking for something where I can add the cards (with quantity) and then be able to search my collection and filter for example card types, card rarity and energy type. Plus that it shows the cards with an image. Is there something out there that can help me?

It doesn't have much for sorting or filters, unfortunately, but I've used the Pokellector site for a few years now, which allows you to keep track via a checklist setup. I find the Pokellector app to be useful as well, which functions the same and has a QR scanner for PTCGO.
Alternatively you could just make a big ol' spreadsheet in Excel or Google Sheets for easy sorting.
