So, I was looking through some old cards and came across this one.

Does this include the new Ex's?
Also, do any of the old cards that say "Pokemon-ex" effect the new ones?

Even though they work in the same way, they are 2 separate game mechanics. So none of the old cards that say pokemon-ex, affect the new ones.
