Here's a list of errors from the first 5 Seasons of Pokémon.

Season 1
Pokémon - I Choose You!
Poké ball throwing scene - The white bit of the Poké ball is miscoloured red.

Broken alarm clock scene - The Pidgey in Ash's alarm clock doesn't have the black bits next to its eyes and its eyes are too big.

Pidgey clock scene - The Pidgey in the clock is Green instead of Brown.

Phone Call scene - Here you can see Professor Oak used the camera behind him when phoning Ash.

Poké ball transfer scene - on the left of the Poké ball, you can see a slight overlap between the Poké ball and transfer machine.

SHOWDOWN AT PEWTER CITY
Ashs Pikachu uses Electric attacks on Brocks Onix and Geodude, but it shouldn't be able to inflict any damage because they are part Ground type Pokémon.

About the leave on a journey scene - Brocks arms don't cast shadows.

There are a lot of sizing issues in this episode, as most Pokémon look about the same size as Bulbasaur. Even though they should vary from 1'00" (Caterpie and Rattata) to 3'03" (Weepinbell).

This is a really neat thread. I like seeing these pictures of the old days of Pokemon, but seeing these animation errors is very interesting. I can only imagine the attention to detail needed to find these subtle, but entertaining mistakes. Thanks for posting this. It's really neat and I look forward to more.
 
Stuff like Misty's eyes falling out, two Pikachus and the fans having an R only on one side seem intentional imo.
