Poké ball throwing scene - The white bit of the Poké ball is miscoloured red.
However, another Poké ball throwing scene fixed this error.
Broken alarm clock scene - The Pidgey in Ash's alarm clock doesn't have the black bits next to its eyes and its eyes are too big.
Pulled up from water scene - The front of Ashs cap is miscoloured red.
However, another Poké ball throwing scene fixed this error.

Pokémon Emergency!
Pidgey clock scene - The Pidgey in the clock is Green instead of Brown.
Phone Call scene - Here you can see Professor Oak used the camera behind him when phoning Ash.
However, you can't see any cameras behind him when he switched to the camera in front of him.
Poké ball transfer scene - on the left of the Poké ball, you can see a slight overlap between the Poké ball and transfer machine.
Choose Pidgey scene - Pidgeys eyes are miscoloured yellow and the pupils have rings around them.
This was fixed in the next shot, though its eyes still looks a bit odd.

Ashs Pikachu uses Electric attacks on Brocks Onix and Geodude, but it shouldn't be able to inflict any damage because they are part Ground type Pokémon.
About the leave on a journey scene - Brocks arms don't cast shadows.
