animated artwork?

This probably is going to become locked but I was just wondering if anybody knows how to mske animated banners, avatars, or userbars

"This probably is going to become locked" is a good way to start a thread. :3
For example make the frames separately and stick them together in a program. Like I use Jasc animation shop. There sure are better programs. Just google "how to animate gifs" or something.

In the Art Request Thread sticky, the one shop listed that shows animated artwork is Argetlam's. I see you've checked their profile already so I assume you've contacted them about your request, so aside from that unfortunately I don't think there are other people available to take your request.

If you look at the top of the forums, you'll notice that there's a thread titled Art Questions Thread that is designated for art-questions like these. If you do have more questions pertaining to art, please ask there instead of making a new thread about it.
