Strategy:

The Strategy behind this deck is to hopefully get a turn one wally to Trevenat combo then continue to annoy the oppenent. The deck dosent attack it just uses the laser bank combo and rocky helmets and the rock guard to inflick damage. This deck probably is not that competitve but it would be fun to watch your oppenent get mad.
 
I'd honestly say that given how decent XY Trevenant's attack is (60 + 40 spread compared to Toad's flat 30) you should include maybe 2 Dimension Valley and a few Psychic energy to attack with.
