Ruling Another question for setting up..

- Player A and B draw their cards.

- Player A sets down one basic because that's all he has.

- Player B doesn't have a basic and so Player A gets to draw an extra card.

- That extra card happens to be a basic.

Question is: Can Player A then put down that basic and switch it with the basic he already had down? Since the game didn't officially start yet?

You can play the extra Pokemon to the Bench, but you can't change your original Active.
