Ruling ANOTHER Stupid LVL.X

*sorry for the title...

*my friend wants to ask if he could use attacks from the stage 1 card and the basic card that is also below the LVL. X.

EXAMPLE:

LVL.X infenape~ infernape~monferno~chimchar

*friend wants to use monferno attacks and chimchar attacks is it legal to do or ------>the only attack LVL.X can still use is from previous LVL. only.

Why would it be able to use Chimchar's attack? As said on the card, from its previous LEVEl, not evolution.

Only if you use Memory Berry or Meteor Falls.

Continuing from the post above, so you can only use the normal Infernape's attack..

Just in case your friend still doesn't understand the card

Infernape Lv.X can use his attacks and Infernape's attacks but cannot use Monferno's or Chimchar's attacks (Unless he/she has a Memory Berry attached to Infernape Lv.X or has the stadium card Meteor Falls in play).
