Mods, I apologize if this isn't aloud, (I re-read the writing corner rules and saw nothing wrong with it) but I thought I'd just make a thread that contains all my stories/poetry. I'll post each chapter/poem, and post a link to it on the main thread for quick access. Any link that has *New* next to was posted within a weeks time ago. I apologize again, if this breaks any rules and I did not realize it.
I guess I don't have much yet so I'll link to posts when I get more:
Poems
Closer to You
The curves of the hills are steep, and ridged
Each, taller than the last
Every ascent leaves me breathless
And every descent leaves me further down
But every day I walk
Down the rocky path
Up the slippery grass
For every every obstacle I go through
Brings me closer to You <3
Forever
The confusion of times tries to keep us apart
But Tenacious, we stand
The apprehension waxes and wanes
But my aplomb in you stays strong
My conspired plot is cloudy and frail
But the light at the end keeps it deep and sincere
Pain is merely temporary
Our love is eternal
Sic semper tyrannis
Und leben Sie in unserem Frieden
Much we have gone through
And much is yet to come
But united, we remain
United, Forever
Limitless
The distance between us is only as far as you want it to be
We have no limitations
It can be as we dream of
As we've done hundreds of times, but never once have
There is always a way
Through the hardships of coming to you
The benefits will never be doubted
I have paved the way for it to work
But it will only work
If you want it to as much as I do
Fan Fics
Light Emission
Jonathan woke up to the sweet aroma of the red tulip tea brewing in the kitchen. He opened his still-weary eyes, rubbing his face, and moaning at the start of a new day. Grunting slowly, he shifted position, and attempted to stand up, failing twice before getting up and nearly tripping over the wire to his alarm clock. After combing his messy hair, he went to go open his door. Jonathan felt a warm, wet feeling when turning the rusting knob. Feeling his face, he realized that he was sweating. He tried to argue himself out of it, but he knew exactly why he was sweating. He knew he could not hold off the inevitable much longer.
Jonathan exited his sleeping chamber, and shielded his eyes from the new light contrast. Closing the door behind him, Jonathan spotted Cynce cooking an egg over the stove. The sizzles and pops coming from the oil in the pan caused him to flinch. On most days, Jonathon would scold Cynce for using the stove without his supervision, but on a day like this, punishment would hold no purpose. Cynce, hearing the sound of the door opening, turned to see his father looking at him. Cynce smiled at Jonathan.
“I made you breakfast, Dad”!
Jonathan replied with a simple smile as well. He was pleased with Cynce’s Innocence. Cynce was a happy child ever since Jonathan adopted him, and Jonathan always took care of him. Cynce felt he had a normal life despite rarely being allowed to be around other children. He was home schooled, and only occasionally left the house. Jonathan knew that it was his responsibility to keep Cynce safe. Cynce knew nothing about that the dangers that surrounded him. Nothing of the many people after him. Nothing, about his significance to the peace of both worlds.
