any ideas for ludicolo?

ok i have this ludicolo and i really wat to use it. but im stuck on what to use with it in terms of pokemon.

and expert belt is a must obviously but i cant think of ANY pokemon to go with it
im also thinking defenders to dampen damage on the turns he mises out. just incase something can 2hko him

or even dodrio's so hes free retreat and do the power from the bench
also if i have 2 of these and use the power is it only the one which used the power which would get the benefit?

YOu would need a Luxray counter really bad. Lucario GL+Flash Impact=OHKO on your main attacker. And even if Ludicolo was on your bench to use it's power, Luxray could drag it up with Bright Look. YOu could use a 1-1-1/1-0-1 Machamp, or a Relicanth SV. I think this card has some potential, but it's not that great in today's metagame.
 
istn there a pokemon which power is when an opponent uses a power you may discard 2 cards and that power doesnt work?

would that be usefull.
