Are there any sanctioned league cups for this season yet?

No one knows if any league cups in North America have been sanctioned or started yet?

There haven't been any League Cups yet this year. My understanding is that organizers are still waiting for information and the goal is to begin to sanction them in mid-late November, the first month of the second "quarter" of the season.

There are league cups starting to be sanctioned in every region except the northwest.

First League Cup in my area is set for January 7, 2016 in Ottawa, Canada. No League Cups for the 2016 calendar year have been posted yet.
