Anyone else have sleep trouble...?

I definitely do. Yesterday, I took a nap for at about 4:00, and slept through until 5:15 this morning. I wouldn't say that's normal for a teenager. Then, other days, I'm up until about 5:00 in the morning, and I wake up around 2 or 3. I am sick recently, but stuff like this still happens when I'm not sick anyways, so... =\

Anyone else have problems like these? I surely can't be the only one...
 
I think they're just random occurrences. I've experienced similar things before. Especially waking up early in the morning such as 2 or 3 A.M. Unless this happens every day or every other day, in other words, npt on a regular basis, you're okay.
 
Lol no, everyone wakes up at 2 or 3 in the morning every once in a while. I think you misread, the times I wake up at 2 or 3 are in the afternoon. <_< lol

My sleep schedule is so irregular, I guess, yeah, it changes on a regular basis. Not always as extreme as the example in the first post, but it's not from like going to bed at 8 to going to bed at 9 either.
 
I do know quite a number of people that sleep as late as you and wake up as late as you. However, I'm mama's boy, so I haven't experienced what you have before. I just know that it is not abnormal. ;f
 
I do the same, the only difference is that I can wake up at 10 am. :F
 
The time I wake up is reflected on when I go to bed, how tired I was when I went to bed, and my hydration. Let's say I was really tired one night at 1 AM and I was severely dehydrated. Well, I would wake up at 2 PM then. I would need extra sleep, and drinking water makes me sleep more, so it's not completely rare, so long as it's not a daily habit.

I have different sleep problems. Every day after lunch, unless I'm doing some sort of adrenaline-pumping activity, I always end up really sleepy. Regardless of the hours I slept. Fine on the weekends, but I tend to do it at school so fifth and sixth period just end up being a woozy blurred out session.

Also, another odd thing is that if I sleep late I wake up early and vice versa. It's like one of those weird equations with a negative sign in it.
 
Well I usually go to bed at 1:00 am and wake up at 10:00 am (during weekends), so my sleep pattern is pretty normal.

However...

A friend of mine the same age as me has some serious sleep issues. He can only fall asleep around about 4:00 am and wakes up 10 hours later- a fact that, as you can imagine, seriously interferes with his college work (he has very nearly failed a two year course due to poor attendance records).
 
xD, I have the same problem, but this time, it always happens..
Normally, I got used on sleeping at 5:00-6:00 am, then I wake up at 4:00 PM-5:00 PM. Then, when I sleep at 10:00 PM, I always wake up 1:00 AM.... xD

I think I have a problem..
 
well it is hard to tell 4 me, when I am sick, than I sleepp like 15 hours a day but when I am not I usually sleep normally
