Anyone notice?

Hey, I just realised that in the spring CoroCoro issue, it shows that Arceus' vines/ face change color with the type. The arceus on the movie poster has yellow in the spots. Maybe the yellow electric type whom saves the world is arceus with a zap plate?Although, I was hopping it was pichu.. Anyway, what do you think about the color changes and the rest of the above?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "vines", but the fact that parts of its body change color with an equipped Plate is... old news. >_>

Also, the Arceus on the movie poster old has yellow "spots" surrounding its body, which is its aura - Dialga has a blue aura, Palkia has a pink aura, and Giratina has a red aura. The Arceus on the poster is in its Normal Form. In addition, the Electric Type that is supposed to save the world was described as "small" or "little", which is a description Arceus (being 10' tall) does not fit.

Well I read something and it says there could be a 5th generation pokemon named Antris as it will be Bug - Electric type.

If it's not on Serebii, PokéBeach, Bulbapedia, Any official Nintendo Pokémon website then it is a lie, Please cross reference before you start to spread unwanted rumours.

The director said that this Electric-type Pokémon that saves the world would be a "small" Electric-type Pokémon.

This crosses out Zapdos and Arceus. In fact. Arceus is the one most likely to be causing the destruction after it has been awakened prematurely and still enraged that it doesn't have it's Jewel of Life.

Hm... I do like the idea of it simply saving the world in the sense of stopping Arceus' rage by returning the Jeweled Orb of Life to Arceus.

Also, despite this thread describing the in-game visual changes of Arceus, it seems more geared towards the film. I'll be moving it to the appropriate section of the forums.

Actually, i've seen an image of a bug-like pokemon standing next to Arceus. It was on some Youtube vid. However, it could've just been fan-art though, which in turn would've started the rumor. (Just saying Raichupika33 isn't to blame here )

And the small electric Pokémon would likely by the notch-ear Pichu that's been mentioned a thousand times before xD
