Ruling AOr Eeveelutions and Lurantis

Say I have a Lurantis promo on the bench, as well as a Pyro Effect Flareon. Will an Active Leafeon get a boost of 20 damage for being a fire and 20 more for being a grass type, adding up to 40 extra damage?

I can't cite an official compendium ruling on the matter, but Leafeon should just get the 20+ damage bonus (instead of 40+) for being included under the category "Grass or Fire Type".

Same ruling extends to Parallel city. You only get -20 damage instead of -40.
