there are no spelling mistakes in the title at all. just so you know bad pun intended.
soooooo I've been racking my head for new decks to make with the new cards from emerging powers Red Collection, and I thought of this primeape snipe that I tried when it was md on. Worked about as well as gengar/dragonite.

Pokemon 15
3-3 Primeape UL
2 victini (http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Victini_%28Red_Collection_9%29 )
2 Cleffa
1 Manaphy
2-2 Zoroark

trainers 28
2 collector
3 PONT
2 Juniper
2 SSU
4 communication
3 switch
3 catcher/reversal
3 super rod
3 defender
3 PlusPower

energy 17
11 {F}
3 rescue
3 DCE

so start with cleffa or manaphy, get him out, feed a bit, charge up my first primeape and set up a victini. catcher/reversal out a useless benchwarmer and snipe around it, getting the first/second kill. should continue with keeping out the useless high retreat pokemon and just snipe around it.

haven't actually tested this, but I think in theory it would work.

any help/ideas/changes appreciated

You don't want Tyrogue. All it is is a free KO for your opponent later in the game. A much better starter for this deck would be either Cleffa or Manaphy.
-3 Tyrogue
+1 Cleffa
+2 Manaphy

Now, you do have a good amount of space for another Pokémon line. I'd recommend adding something in there that helps with your Reshiram matchup. There's not too much, but the best out there is definitely Zoroark. And of course, Zoroark has a nice variety of other uses too.
+2-2 Zoroark
+3 DCE
+3 PlusPower
-2 Fighting Energy
-2 Victini
-1-1 Primeape
-1 Alph (this IS Ruins of Alph, and not Alph Lithograph, right?)
-1 PONT
-1 Super Rod
-1 Rescue Energy

Also, I think the Juniper/PONT split should be even. It works better that way, imo.
-1 PONT
+1 Juniper

How is a cleffa any less of a free ko then a tyrogue? At least tyrogue can do something late game. I would keep the tyrogue in if I were you.

All Tyrogue does is 30 damage. The only way it becomes useful is to donk or get a free KO on Cleffa, and that's very unlikely, seeing as many people are starting to play Manaphy or other starters. Cleffa at least helps you, and just one Cleffa can help you more if you get other basics in your hand, so you don't get donked (still very unlikely). If not, you can just play Manaphy.

I have won many a game by stalling with sweet sleeping face. I'll switch tyrogue then, but more cleffa than manaphy imo.

Edited the decklist - I noticed that I miscounted the number of trainers. sorted now.

I was thinking, what about if I trainer lock with vileplume, remove most of the trainers and run seekers instead?

It's lithograph. I read what victini did again and realised if I'm running 2 or three victini I don't really need to know my prizes. gonna remove those.

You could Trainer Lock– you have enough space for Pokémon that it wouldn't matter so much. If you did, you could add in some Rare Candy, take out a lot of the Trainers, and maybe put in some disruption, like Judge.

Victini will not be in Emerging Powers. EP contains the cards from Japan's B/W set and the Battle Strength Decks over there (and maybe some Promos/unreleased Japanese cards I'm not really that sure tbh). Victini will most likely be put on hold to coincide with the movie's release over here, so the earliest we could be seeing it is our last set that is coming out this year around the Fall.

dmaster out.

I might take out a Rod for a nice Tyrogue. He is still kind of Yanmega bait on the bench, but if you think about it, wasn't Claydol Garchomp bait back when they were legal? You can also get damage done, and you get to stall with Sweet Sleeping Face if one of your Primape just got KO'd and you have to set him back up with the Rescue Energy. And when your Primape is set up, you can bring back Ty with free retreat and you can continue swinging with Primape.
