I attended a plasma blast pure release earlier and some of the cards seemed interesting so I got a list together. (all the cards in here are from plasma blast set except for cilan and PC)

Pokemon
  • 4 Archeop
  • 4 Archen
  • 4 Carracosta
  • 4 Tirtouga
  • 4 Relicanth
  • 4 Remoraid
  • 2 Octillery
Trainers
  • 4 Plume fossil
  • 4 Cover fossil
  • 2 Cilan
  • 4 Pokemon communication
Energy
  • 10 Water energy
  • 10 Fighting energy

To get as many archeops out as they do 2 for 100. Carracosta is in there because he seemed to fit and octillery for extra damage.

(This is my first post so stuff may be out of order or strange)

I reformatted your deck to go by the tool. Please use this format in the future.~KA

Well, Archeops and Carracosta don't really go together that well. They use different types of Energy to attack, are both fossils (fossil Pokemon tend to be a pain in the butt to set up, so multiple lines makes a very inconsistent deck,) and would have completely different strategies based around them.
If you decide to play Archeops, remove:
4-4-4 Carracosta
4 Relicanth
4-2 Octillery
10 Water Energy
4 Pokemon Comm.
2 Cilan
You don't need any of these cards in this deck and this frees up 38 card slots for you. Now, here are some cards you can replace them with:
3Landorus EX
4 Ultra Ball
4 Pokemon Catcher
3 Silver Bangle
3 Float Stone
4 Professor Juniper
3 Caitlin
4 N
3 Skyla
1 Computer Search
2 Fighting Energy
Basically, what I've done here is filled in the the space with staple cards for this format and cards that combo well with Archeops. Landorus EX sets up KOs for Archeops while only using one Energy. Silver Bangle allows Archeops to KO a EX after 2 Hammerheads. Ultra Ball lets you search out Pokemon you need while discarding Archens for Prehistoric Call. Pokemon Catcher lets you target any Pokemon you want. Both Professor Juniper and N are included for their draw power, which you need to get set up. Float Stone lets you get around Landorus's large Retreat Cost. Caitlin puts Archen on the bottom of your deck and helps you preserve resources while helping you draw cards. Skyla lets you get that final piece of the puzzle, whether is be a Plume Fossil, Comp. Search, or Catcher. Computer Search is your ACE SPEC of choice because it allows you to set up faster. 10 is a bit low for Energy, so I added a couple more.
If Archeops doesn't appeal to you, here's what to take out for Carracosta:
2-4-4 Archeops
4-2 Octillery
2 Relicanth
2 Cilan
4 Communication
2 Water
10 Fighting
This frees up 36 slots, which is fine considering you already play a good number of the cards you need. As for cards to add:
3 Mewtwo EX
4 Ultra Ball
4 Catcher
4 Double Colorless Energy
4 Float Stone
2 Switch
1 Comp. Search/ Scramble Switch
4 Juniper
4 N
3 Caitlin
3 Skyla
This list is a bit tighter than the other one. Mewtwo EX is your starter. at the beginning of the game, you want a DCE on it for X Ball so you apply early pressure and set up KOs for Carracosta. DCE helps both Mewtwo and Carracosta attack sooner. Float stone and switch help with your Pokemon's relatively large retreat costs. TheSupporters, Ultra Ball, and Catcher in this list serve the same purpose as in the Archeops list. The choice between Computer Search and Scramble Switch is a tough one. Computer Search helps consistency and SSwitch lets you get a huge Mewtwo, by using it on a Carracosta to Mewtwo. It's up to you.
Neither lists are by any means finalized and are just a starting point. There are also some cards I would have liked to included but couldn't due to space issues, such as Tool Scrapper.

That was amazing. Thank you for the help, when considering this deck i thought 6 trainers would be hard to do and now I realise that there were way to many lines in the list
