Do I still get to draw 5 cards with Archie's Ace in the Hole and Maxie's Hidden Ball Trick if you already have a full bench?

Anyways, you may not. The way the text is worded, "THEN draw 5 cards" makes it so you can't. Normally there is a "do as much as you can" rule, however the way this card is worded, getting a water pokemon onto the bench is a requirement in order to draw 5 cards. So if you can't put a water-type onto the bench, you don't get to draw 5 cards.
