Strategy:

The main goal of this deck is to get Ancient Trait Swampert onto the field as quickly as possible. Much like Archie's Blastoise, full playsets of Trainer's Mail, Acro Bike, Battle Compressor, and Ultra Balls are used to maximize my chances of fulfilling the requirements for getting Swampert onto the field. Once Swampert is in play, it becomes much easier to chain together multiple Archies as well as optimize Acro Bike amongst other things. Since Swampert is a non-EX and 40 + 30 for each Water Energy attached is wonderful as an attack, this deck also runs Flashfire Milotic, whose ability allows me to attach up to 3 Basic Energy from my discard pile to any non-EX Pokemon in play; unfortunately, I have to knock out my own Milotic in the process in order to use this ability, which means my opponent is almost guaranteed to have an early prize lead. It may be painful to give up prizes so easily, but I think powering up Swampert and getting early access to Ace Trainer is an adequate trade-off.

If it is ever too difficult to use Archie to get Swampert onto the field, Ancient Trait Articuno and Regice are also included in this deck. Regice because Resistance Blizzard is great for walling against opposing EXs until I can get Swampert into play and Articuno because it improves my match-up against Vespiquen and Night March decks. A single Primal Clash Milotic is also included in this deck since its ability allows me to, when played, put any single card from my discard pile into my hand, and this is vastly useful for meeting the requirements for Archie or retrieving an emergency Double Colorless Energy for Regice amongst many other things. Primal Clash Milotic also synergizes well with AZ, so that's a plus.
