Strategy:

This is an Expanded Format deck based off of Jacob Van (S)wagner's Honorstoise deck. Instead of Keldeo-EX as the main attacker, it's Swampert Ancient Trait. Like Keldeo-EX, as Water Energy piles up on him, his attack damage increases. Although, with 3 on each, Keldeo does 110 whereas Swampert does 130. This deck isn't as fast as Honorstoise, but here's how it works.
-First, get Swampert and Blastoise into your discard pile.
-Then, use Archie to get Blastoise into play.
-Next, Deluge onto Mewtwo-EX or Kyogre-EX so they can attack.
-Next turn, use Archie again to get Swampert into play.
-Deluge onto Swampert.
-Switch whoever your active is with Swampert and use Hydro Pump!
The reason I included Kyogre-EX is because his Giant Whirlpool attack returns Water Energy to the hand, which is helpful for the next time you use Deluge. It also decreases the number of Water Energy going into the Discard Pile if he's Knocked Out next turn.
Thanks for reading, and I hope this is helpful for you!

Any thoughts regarding inclusion of:
  • Articuno (AT) to improve the prize exchange, especially against Vespiquen/Night March decks?
  • Keldeo EX in order to utilize its Rush In Ability to get your Active back to the bench?

Good idea! I'll consider it.
