Ruling Are LvX's evolutions?

I'm pretty sure they aren't, but I want absolute clarification just in case For the purposes of for example, Mewtwo Lv.X, can it be touched by say, Darkrai Lv. X

A Lv. X is considered the same stage of evolution as the card beneath it. So Darkrai Lv. X is basic while on Darkrai, Empoleon Lv. X is Stage 2 while on Empoleon, (Excluding any Restoring done by Garchomp Lv. X.) and Honchkrow Lv. X is considered Stage 1 (Again, excluding Garchomp Lv. X's Restore.)
