Are the Tournament deck's real cards? are they worth the same? even if they are not Holo?

There're pretty much fakes. I hear that they're thinner than normal cards and therefore not usable or something. There WAS a topic on this but I think it's dead now.

Because they're novelties. They're actually worth about ~1 cent each technically....

Because, as he said, they are novelties. An official Pokémon centre won't sell them casue they aren't worth a dollar in competitive play.

Also people on Ebay are scammers, they hope a Lugia ex with the worlds back will still get somone to buy because it says Lugia ex. Not to mention the fact that some people think they are legal so they buy them anyways.
