Are they still worth it?

As everyone knows, Japanese cards will soon be banned. This makes buying them seem pointless, especially with sets like PoTF, which won't be able to be used at all. However, I really like Japanese packs, and just for collection sake I want to get some PoTF packs for my birthday.
Do you think it's worth it?

These are JAPANESE PACKS we're talking about, and they're quite cheap as well. They ARE worth the price, without doubt.

Collectors do many things normal players wouldn't. Including buying cards you can't use. For a COLLECTION. t_t

I enjoy collecting (some) Japanese cards myself, and I wouldn't even hesitate if I found them that cheap.
